How to changing your booking
Are you looking to make a change to your current relocation with Imoova? This guide is designed to help you navigate the process of modifying your booking seamlessly. Whether you are having issues with your booking or simply need to make adjustments, this guide will provide you with the necessary steps.
What classifies as a change request
Before submitting a change request, it is important to understand what qualifies. Below are some examples of the most requested changes.
DOES NOT REQUIRE A CHANGE REQUEST:
Adding a driver to your reservation
Changing the time of collection/delivery (CAMPERVANS/MOTORHOMES)
Canceling a relocation (Please reach out to our customer service team for this).
Changing credit/debit card information (this will be done at the collection of your vehicle)
Adding a passenger to your booking (as long as this does not exceed the vehicle's capacity, this is not necessary).
REQUIRES A CHANGE REQUEST:
Changing the time of collection/delivery (CARS/TRUCKS)
Reducing the amount of days/nights on your booking
Adding extra days/nights

Prohibited change requests
Swapping relocations: You cannot swap to another relocation. If you find a better suited deal, you must:
Cancel your current booking.(note that canceling forfeits all money deposited)
Book the new relocation separately.
Requesting More Days: You cannot request more days than originally listed on the relocation. For example; If the booking was listed with 3+1 days/nights, you are unable to request 3+2 days/nights.
Changing dates outside of the original listing: Requests to change dates to those outside the original listings, are also not permitted. For example; If a relocation is listed for dates of: 01/01 - 03/01, you cannot request to relocate the vehicle past the 03/01.
Best way to format a change request
Submitting a change request: It is vital that you submit the request in a way that our team is easily able to understand your request. For example, if you are requesting an extension onto your relocation; you will need to clearly state your newly requested collection and delivery dates. E.g. I would like to add an extra day to my booking, making the new dates, collection: 01/01, delivery: 04/01, instead of my original request of, collection 01/01, delivery 03/01.
Key reminders
Extra Costs: Requesting extra days/nights will incur extra day/night rates as priced by the supplier.
Processing Time: Change requests can take up to 48hrs to be resolved, with this time period extending over weekends and holidays.
