Terms and Conditions

Imoova.com operates as an intermediary for vehicle rental companies, offering a wide array of vehicles for hire, including cars, RVs, and campervans. Our services can be accessed through our domain www.imoova.com or our call centre. Our rental services, provided at a preferential rate, come with specific limitations and conditions. Upon finalizing a booking, you hereby acknowledge and accept the stipulated terms and conditions of both Imoova.com and the rental company.

Bond Payment

It is a prerequisite for all the rental companies to collect a bond payment from the renter. The bond is refunded upon the completion of the relocation when the vehicle is returned in the same condition. The card used to pay for the bond must be in the name on the rental contract. The rental company will not accept a card in the name of another person.

Holding Deposit

If your booking incurs a holding deposit, this deposit is refunded within 14 days of the completion of the relocation.

The rental company assumes responsibility for the refund of the holding deposit. Imoova.com is not liable for any delays in the refund process.

Extra Days

A down payment is required for bookings that exceed the number of relocation days. This payment is made to Imoova.

Fuel inclusions

All fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was collected.

If fuel inclusions are listed in your confirmation (see inclusions section) the cost of fuel up-to the amount listed in your confirmation will refunded by the supplier against receipts. Please refer to the supplier’s terms and conditions for further details. Imoova is not hold any responsibility for the refund of fuel costs.

Modifications to Bookings

Any alterations to your booking after submission, will levy an administrative fee. Changes to dates, locations or vehicles may result in divergent rates from the ones originally booked.

Some changes may not be possible after the booking has been confirmed. The rental company reserves the right to refuse any modifications.

Should you wish to return the vehicle prior to the drop-off date, there will be no refund for the unused days.

On hire modifications

After the commencement of the relocation, any modifications to the booking will be at the discretion of the rental company.

The extra day rate on the Imoova website is a preferential rate and only available prior to commencement of the relocation. The rental company reserves the right to charge any modifications at their retail rate.

Cancellation policy

Before confirmation

Full refund of the booking fee, holding deposit and any down-payment paid on extra days.

After confirmation

Forfeiture of the booking fee, holding deposit and any down-payment paid on extra days.

Supplier Cancellations

The rental company reserves discretionary rights to void a relocation booking if the initial need for the vehicle relocation is no longer valid. If the selected vehicle becomes unavailable, the rental company can substitute the vehicle without any prior notification. The rental company is responsible for notifying you of cancellations. Liability is limited to the reimbursement of the booking fee, holding deposit, down-payment on extra days and any administrative fees paid to Imoova. Imoova does not offer reimbursements for ancillary expenses such as but not limited to; accommodation charges, meals, or changes to the itinerary. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected expenses.

Accuracy of Information

Imoova does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on its website. This includes:

  • The details of each listed vehicle
  • The availability of the vehicle at the time it was requested
  • The times available for departure and delivery
  • The address of the departure and delivery depot within the area requested

While Imoova strives to keep all information on its website precise and updated, it does not assure that errors won't occasionally occur. All services and information are offered “as is" and "as available". Imoova holds the right to verify and update all information provided on the booking confirmation. Imoova is not liable for any expenses incurred due to the inaccuracy of the information provided.

The rental company will provide you with the most accurate information regarding your relocation. If you wish to dispute any differences in the information provided by Imoova and the rental company, you must do so prior to the commencement of the relocation. Liability is limited to the reimbursement of the booking fee and any deposit paid to Imoova.

Acknowledgement

By booking with Imoova, you are confirming your consent and agreement to these terms and conditions. Imoova retains the right to alter these terms at any time without any prior notification. We recommend that you read and fully comprehend these terms to ensure a trouble-free booking experience.
