Relocation Inclusions

Occasionally, our suppliers will offer additional incentives to relocate the vehicle such as fuel inclusions, ferry inclusions, and more. These inclusions are offered on a per-relocation basis and are subject to availability.

Fuel inclusions

Fuel inclusions are offered by some suppliers to help cover the cost of relocating the vehicle. The amount of fuel included in the relocation will vary depending on the supplier and the relocation route.

Vehicles that are relocated with fuel inclusions typically are last minute and sell out fast. If you are interested in relocating a vehicle with fuel inclusions, we recommend booking as soon as possible.

To claim your fuel inclusions, you will need to provide a receipt for the fuel purchased during your relocation. The receipt must be from a gas station and must be dated within the relocation date. The receipt must also be in the name of the driver of the vehicle. The supplier will reimburse you for the fuel purchased up to the amount of the fuel inclusions.

Ferry inclusions

Ferry inclusions are typically offered whenever there is a water crossing involved in the relocation. Ferry inclusions are offered on a per-relocation basis and are subject to availability. The ferry will typically be for the vehicle and driver. If you are traveling with additional passengers, you will need to purchase additional tickets for them.

Each supplier has a different policy regarding ferry inclusions. Some will have you pay for the ferry and reimburse you for the cost, while others will pay for the ferry directly. If the ferry inclusion lists a date, you must travel on the ferry for that date as it has been pre-booked.

Other inclusions

Some suppliers will offer additional inclusions such as tables and charis, camping equipment, linen kits and more. These inclusions are offered on a per-relocation basis and are subject to availability.

Sometimes vehicles will come with linen kits and other amenities that will levy a fee if they are used during the relocation. If you do not wish to use these amenities, you can simply leave them in the vehicle and you will not be charged.
