When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are tracked automatically and you can view your earnings in your Insiders dashboard. Payouts are processed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD) via PayPal — PayPal will convert to your local currency at their prevailing rate.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No cap. The more people who book through your link, the more you earn. Some of our top Insiders earn hundreds of dollars a month.
Do I need to have used Imoova before?
No, anyone can join. But it definitely helps to have experienced a relocation yourself — your genuine recommendation goes a long way!
What counts as a referral?
A referral is only commissionable once the relocation is completed — meaning the vehicle has been picked up and delivered. If the booking is cancelled by any party, refunded, or charged back, no commission is paid.
How long does my referral link stay active?
Your link has a 30-day attribution window. If someone clicks your link and books within 30 days, the booking is credited to you.
Can I use my own referral link?
No. Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in removal from the Insiders program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
