If you need to change your booking after your request is submitted, please note imoova.com will charge an administration fee of AU$25. **PLEASE CHECK YOU HAVE REQUESTED THE CORRECT DATES** and book extra days if required to avoid amendment charges. If you are changing dates and locations, the rate may differ to that which is currently booked. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS: RELOCATION SPECIALS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.If you need to cancel this booking at any stage after it is confirmed, you will forfeit the funds paid to imoova. This includes the Holding Deposit, Booking Fee and any deposit paid on Extra Days. In the event of the vehicle becoming unavailable to the renter due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the suppliers control, liability is limited to a refund of the booking fee and deposit paid to us. There is no refund for out of pocket expenses, accommodation charges, meals or change of itinerary. We recommend travel insurance is purchased to cover any out of pocket expenses. ALL DAY and TOTALLY CAMPERS Terms and Conditions Compulsory linen pack must be purchased for $25 which includes 2 x sheets, 2 x pillow cases + tea towel & sponge. NOTE: Gas bottles are not refilled for relocation bookings. This can be done at camping stores eg BCF & Rays Outdoors. Please Note: This document contains a summary of some of the rental conditions. For detailed conditions, refer to the rental agreement upon vehicle collection Vehicle Pick-up & Drop-off Vehicles are available for pick-up at a designated time on the first day of the hire period and must be returned on the agreed date at the nominated depot before 3pm.Saturdays and Sundays are not open Outback Waiver An outback wavier of $400 can be purchased for rentals that wish to travel outside of the restricted area. East Coast restrictions: Rentals on the East Coast are restricted to the area between Adelaide in South Australia and Cape Tribulation (north of Cairns) in Queensland that is within 200kms of the coast. Western Australia, Northern Territory, Darwin, Mt Isa, Bourke and Broken Hill are expressly prohibited. You can apply at the time of booking or before pick up to have the above area restriction amended to suit your specific needs, however the lifting of the restriction is at the sole discretion of Totally Campers. You must have written permission from Totally Campers to travel outside the restricted area and an outback fee of $400 will apply. The restriction cannot be lifted once the rental has commenced. Road Restrictions Vehicles must be kept on sealed roads at all times with the exceptions of 4WDs. All vehicles can only be driven on recognised roads as shown on maps. All insurance and refundable money is waived if the above conditions are breached. Any damage and/or recovery costs are the responsibility of the renter. East Coast travel of Australia only, unless authorised. Repairs All repairs must be authorised by Totally Campers prior to any repair work. Repairs will be approved provided the customer was not directly responsible for the damage. Totally Campers will reimburse you for expenses incurred for any authorised repairs as long as receipts can be presented. We will not accept any responsibility for hotel or motel charges, meals or out of pocket expenses, in the case of breakdowns or for any lost days. 24 Hour Road Side Assist Available in all states. Traffic Infringements We reserve the right to charge the customer for any traffic infringements. An administration fee applies. All accidents must be reported within 24 hours. Bond Deposit A deposit is required on all vehicles at time of collection. This is determined by the excess reduction option. Your security deposit can be paid by credit card. The credit card holder must be present and able to sign for the vehicle security deposit upon vehicle collection. The cardholder is jointly and severally liable for any damage to the rental vehicle. The security deposit is fully refundable provided the vehicle is returned on time undamaged in clean order, with a full fuel tank and to the right location. Failure to return the vehicle clean, undamaged or without a full tank or to the wrong location will incur a fee which will be advised upon return of the vehicle. Vehicle Excess The hirer is responsible for the excess of the cost of damage to the rented vehicle or third party property, including single vehicle accidents, windscreen and tyre damage, towing and recovery costs, theft, fire, break-in or vandalism. This also includes the cost of the daily rentals for the period the vehicle is off road for accident repairs. The excess is applicable regardless of who is at fault and must be paid at the time the accident report is completed, not at the completion of the rental. The excess will be refunded if we are successful in recovering the cost of the damages from the third party. Please note that insurance claims can take months to resolve. The excess applies in respect of each claim, not rental. All damage covered is forfeited if the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are breached. All insurance cover will be made void if any of the following exclusions are breached: 1. Insurance does not cover a. submersion in water b. contact with salt water c. creek or river crossings d. driving through flooded areas e. beach driving f. single vehicle accidents 2. Personal belongings are not covered. We recommend the renter does not leave valuables in the vehicle and should take out personal insurance. 3. Breach of Rental Agreement terms. The renter will be responsible for the total cost of any damage. This will include any damage caused by wilful conduct e.g. sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle. 4. Bogged Vehicles - The renter will be responsible for the cost to retrieve or recover a vehicle, which has become bogged. 5. Incorrect use of fuel - The renter will be responsible for any associated cost if fuel is used incorrectly (fuel being diesel or petrol) Includes any associated costs related to the incident. 6. Underbody damage or overhead damage, regardless of excess package taken. 7. The cost to replace keys which have become lost, or retrieval of keys which have been locked in a vehicle. 8. Any damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 9. The vehicle rented may only be used to legally carry the amount of passengers allowed. If more passengers are carried than allowed Totally Campers does not accept any responsibility. 10. Drivers not identified on the rental agreement and/or drivers that do not have a current open licence. The hirer is responsible for any recovery costs incurred through negligence regardless of the insurance excess. Totally Campers cannot be held responsible for any breakdowns. Rental Period A rental period is based on a calendar day basis. Change of Vehicle Should the vehicle booked be unavailable through unforeseen circumstances, Totally Campers reserves the right to substitute an alternative vehicle without prior notification. This shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the hirer a refund. Age Restrictions Drivers must be 21 years or over, with a full drivers licence. If the licence is not in English format then an international drivers licence is required. Driver aged between 21 years and 24 years are not charged additional insurance charges. Cleaning Fee A cleaning fee is imposed if the vehicle is not returned in a reasonable condition to the managers discretion. Calculation Errors Totally Campers will not honour calculation errors. Should a calculation error occur Totally Campers will charge for the shortfall. Cancellation Policy The cancellation fees are as follows: * A Booking cancellation fee of $200 applies on all cancelled bookings. * If cancelled up to 25 days prior to pick up $300.00 fee * If cancelled from 24 days to 7 days prior to pick up 20% of Gross Rental * If cancelled 6 days to 1 day prior to pick up 50% of Gross Rental * If cancelled on day of pick up or NO-Show100% of Gross Rental There is no refund for late pick up or early return.
