Security Deposit & Bond Details: To confirm your booking, we require a $100 security deposit, which will be refunded within 7 days of the campervan's return. Please note that your booking is provisional and will be held for 24 hours only. A $3000 security bond is mandatory for all relocations, payable by Visa or MasterCard (credit or debit card only). Please note: insurance is not available for relocation hires, and the full bond is required. Upon return of the vehicle in good condition, with the same fuel level and on time, the pre-authorisation is released immediately via electronic message to your bank. While we release it immediately, your bank may take 3–7 business days, or up to 15 business days, to remove the hold. As this is a temporary hold (not a charge), you will not see a refund, but rather the pending transaction will disappear from your statement.
