Factory Vehicle - Run of Fleet
The factory pick-up is a unique opportunity to enjoy a very budget-friendly motorhome vacation. These are never driven vehicles which our own staff inspects thoroughly and prepares on site for your convenience and comfort. The factory pick-up will include vehicles registered in 2025 of the following categories: Class C only ranging in size 23ft to 33ft. The vehicle type and size are assigned at pick up and cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
A maximum of 5 traveler's (max of 3 adults and 2 children recommended) will be accepted for all vehicle types.
All vehicles plumbing systems are winterized and safe for winter travel. It is recommended keeping the vehicle in its winterized state. Instructions and documentation will be provided upon pick up based on the vehicle you are assigned. Once reaching a warmer climate guests may elect to add water at their own risk. Vehicle specific instructions will be provided on site to guests wishing to do so. Please note that once water is added to the RV it cannot easily be undone. All guests who connected to water must then plan their route to avoid any potential freezing areas for the remainder of their journey. This is our guest’s responsibility. Any damage caused by freezing will be charged to the guest.
All vehicles are equipped with all-season tires. Nevertheless, guests are advised to avoid areas where snow and ice may be present on the roads. Installation of snow chains is not allowed. New Vehicle Special Factory Pick-up 2025
$55 convenience kit can be purchased at pick that includes all linen.
Any "extra days" purchased after the commencement of a relocation are priced and charged under the suppliers full rate pricing matrix.
If, for any reason, the renter fails to complete the relocation based on the conditions defined by the relocation deal at the time the booking was confirmed, the supplier will apply a $1500 penalty.
